Develop and maintain supporting applications, monitoring tools and automatic reporting processes, for a well established trading group.

Responsibilities:
- Develop C++ on both Windows and Linux platforms.
- Develop and maintain shell scripts for diagnostics and operation of production servers.
- Maintain, create and operate MySQL and Sybase relational databases, including server-side views, scripts and functions.
- Support existing application, including GUI tools, automated process, and database manipulation.
- Support, create and maintain automated processes related to daily trading activity.
- Server configuration and maintenance.

Requirements:
- C++ on both Linux and Windows platforms.
- Experience with TCP and UDP protocols and pub/sub middleware.
- Experience with development of Graphics User Interfaces is preferred.
- Experience with any scripting language is preferred.
- Knowledge of relational databases.
- Experience with Multithreaded programming.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of operating systems and networks.
- Good communication skills.
- Confident team player motivated by a fast paced environment.

Experience:
- At least two years of hands-on development experience is strongly preferred.
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
